Enrolment and Training Terms
Version 1.0 · Last updated: 23 October 2026
These terms contain general information about the relationship between Zevo Kurs ("Zevo Sürücü", the "School") and anyone who pre-registers via https://web.zevo.dev/surucukursu/, by phone or via WhatsApp, or enrols on a course (the "Student"). At enrolment, a separate course contract complying with the Private Education Institutions legislation is signed; if there is any difference between the contract and this page, the terms of the contract prevail.
1. Pre-registration
- Online pre-registration is not binding and free of charge. After pre-registration, the School calls the prospective Student to provide information on fees, instalments, intakes and documents.
- The fee calculator on the site shows an estimated amount. The final fee is confirmed in writing at enrolment.
- Places in each intake are allocated in order of enrolment; pre-registration does not guarantee a place.
2. Enrolment and documents
- For enrolment, the documents required by law, such as ID, education certificate (if not registered on e-Devlet), driver medical report and biometric photo, are handed in to the School.
- The age and existing driving licence requirements for each class are checked at enrolment.
3. Fees and payment
- The course fee includes theory lessons, driving training for the number of hours stated in the contract, and training materials.
- State exam fees, the driving licence fee and the licence card charge are not included in the course fee.
- For instalment payments, whether a surcharge applies and the payment schedule are set out in the contract.
- Additional services such as extra driving lessons and exam retakes are charged separately. A receipt is issued for all payments.
4. Lessons and attendance
- The attendance requirement set by law applies to theory lessons; exceeding the absence limit may affect the right to sit the exam.
- Driving lessons are scheduled together with the Student according to instructor and vehicle availability. A missed lesson not notified at least 24 hours in advance may be counted as taken.
- The Student must follow the instructor's safety instructions during lessons.
5. Exams
- Theory e-exam and driving test appointments are set by the relevant authorities; the School follows up the appointment process.
- The practice tests on the site are for study purposes and do not guarantee the official exam result.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation of enrolment and refunds are handled according to the principles set out in the course contract and the private education institutions legislation. You can send cancellation requests in writing to [email protected].
7. Disputes
You can send complaints to [email protected] or call 0850 557 10 04. In disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
