Submit your request to exercise your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698. Your request will be answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

We may contact you by e-mail or phone to verify your identity. Requests made on behalf of someone else require a power of attorney.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you can exercise the following rights by applying to the data controller:

  • Find out whether my personal data is processed
  • Request information on / a copy of my processed data
  • Find out the purpose of processing
  • Find out the third parties it has been shared with
  • Correction of incomplete / inaccurate data
  • Erasure / destruction of my data
  • Object to the result of automated analysis
  • Compensation for damages
  • Withdraw my consent to commercial messages
