Information we collect

We only ask for what is needed to provide the service: your name, your phone number, optionally your e-mail address and your training preferences (licence class, branch, intake, lesson time). How we protect your information

• Site traffic is encrypted with SSL (HTTPS).
• Forms are protected against fake submissions (CSRF, bot trap, rate limiting).
• IP addresses are not stored in raw form; only irreversible hashes are kept.
• Only authorised staff can access the admin panel, using their personal accounts and role-based permissions; every action is logged.
• Our instructors see only the information needed for lesson planning (name, phone, lesson times).
• Data whose retention period has expired is automatically deleted or anonymised.

Training videos

Our training videos published on YouTube or Vimeo do not connect to these platforms until you press the "play" button. Once you play a video, that platform's privacy terms apply; YouTube videos open in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

Third parties

We do not sell your information or rent it out for advertising. We share it only with business partners essential to providing the service, such as hosting, e-mail delivery and accounting, under confidentiality obligations.
