Step-by-step process

-
02

Complete your enrolment with your medical report, proof of education and photo.
-
03

-
04

Required documents
The following documents are required at enrolment. Some details can be verified via e-Devlet (the Turkish e-Government portal), so a separate document may not be needed.
- Identity card
- Proof of education (at least primary school; not needed if it is registered on e-Devlet)
- Medical report confirming you are fit to drive (from your GP or a hospital)
- Biometric photo (taken within the last 6 months)
- Blood group information
Additional documents may be required depending on the class (an existing driving licence, a psychotechnical report, etc.); our advisor will let you know.
Theory e-exam
After your theory training, you sit an electronic exam. It has 50 questions and lasts 45 minutes; a score of 70 out of 100 is a pass. The questions are distributed across topics as follows:
Take a practice test in this format
Driving test
Once you pass the theory e-exam, you complete your driving lessons and take the practical test. The examiner pays attention to the following:
- Getting into the vehicle and adjusting the seat, mirrors and seat belt
- Moving off, gear changes and lane discipline
- Signal and mirror checks, right of way at junctions
- Correct behaviour at pedestrian crossings and signs
- Vehicle control when parking and manoeuvring
Fees and state fees
The cost of a licence has two parts: the course fee (paid to us) and state fees (exam, document and licence card charges).
- State fees (exam fee, licence fee, licence card) are not included in the course fee.
- These fees are set again every year; our adviser will tell you the current amounts when you enrol.
- If you fail a test, extra lessons and the exam fee are paid separately.
Tips for success
One practice test a day and revising your mistakes is far more effective than a long session the night before the exam.
Most traffic sign questions are visual; study with sign cards.
If you don't feel ready, take extra lessons; a rehearsal on the test area makes a big difference.
Don't forget your ID and glasses, and arrive early to keep your nerves in check.
Save your place in the next intake.
Places are limited. Pre-register online and one of our advisers will call you to explain fees and instalment options.
