Explicit Consent Statement

Zevo Kurs ("Zevo Sürücü") requests your explicit consent for the processing activities below, under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce. Not giving consent does not prevent you from using our services.

1. Commercial electronic messages

You consent to your name, surname, phone number and e-mail address being processed in order to send you commercial electronic messages containing new intake announcements, offers, discounted packages and driving licence exam tips via SMS, e-mail, phone and WhatsApp.

Your consent is recorded in the Message Management System (İYS). You can withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason, using the opt-out link in each message, via İYS (iys.org.tr) or by writing to [email protected]. Your opt-out request will be processed within 3 working days at the latest.

2. Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, your e-mail address is used only to send the newsletter. Subscription uses double opt-in: no newsletter is sent until you click the link sent to your e-mail, and unconfirmed addresses are deleted within 7 days.

3. Statistics and marketing cookies

If you allow statistics or marketing cookies in the cookie preferences window, information about your use of the site is processed as described in the Cookie Policy. You can change your choice at any time on the cookie preferences page.

4. Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw any explicit consent you have given at any time, with effect from the date of withdrawal. You can send your withdrawal request using the KVKK request form or to [email protected].
