Moving Terms and Conditions

Version 1.0 · Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms govern the relationship between zevo ("Zevo Nakliyat", "the Company") and customers requesting moving services via https://web.zevo.dev/nakliyat/, by phone or WhatsApp ("the Customer"). By approving a quote the Customer accepts these terms. The Company carries goods commercially under the relevant transport authorisation certificate (K1).

1. Request, survey and quote

  • The price shown on the website is an estimated range based on the Customer's details (home size, inventory, addresses, floors, lift, date) and is not binding.
  • The final price is sent as a written quote after an on-site or video survey, stating validity, inventory, extras, deposit and payment terms.
  • The quote becomes binding when the Customer approves it on the tracking page or accepts it in writing or verbally.
  • If items, floors, addresses or access conditions not reported at the survey appear on moving day (e.g. the vehicle cannot park, the lift cannot be used), the Company may update the price with the Customer's approval before starting work.

2. Deposit and payment

  • A deposit of the stated percentage is taken on approval; the balance is paid on delivery by cash, card or bank transfer.
  • Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. All services are invoiced.
  • Campaigns and discount codes cannot be combined; a peak surcharge may apply at month ends, month starts and weekends.

3. Cancellation and date changes

  • Cancellations and date changes up to 72 hours before the move are free; the deposit is refunded or moved to the new date.
  • For cancellations less than 72 hours before the move the deposit may not be refunded because the vehicle and crew are reserved.
  • The Company may postpone the move for force majeure such as weather or road conditions, accidents or official restrictions. The Customer is informed immediately and a new date is agreed.

4. Customer obligations

  • Cash, jewellery, valuable papers, medicines and personal documents must be carried by the Customer and are not covered.
  • Flammable, explosive, prohibited and perishable goods are not carried.
  • The Customer arranges building permissions, lift use and a parking spot for the vehicle before moving day.
  • The Customer is responsible for the contents and packing of boxes they pack themselves.

5. Damage, loss and insurance

  • Goods are checked together with the Customer on delivery. Visible damage is recorded in a report at handover; damage inside boxes must be reported with photos within 3 days.
  • Damage caused by the Company is remedied by repair, replacement of parts or compensation at market value.
  • If the Customer wishes, transit insurance is arranged on the declared value; damage is then covered by the insurer under the policy terms. Without insurance the Company's liability is limited as provided by law.
  • Defects arising during transport on worn, wrongly assembled, previously damaged or non-dismantlable items are not the Company's responsibility if the Customer was informed at the survey or before loading.

6. Storage

Stored goods are recorded in an inventory with photos. Storage fees are paid monthly in advance; for unpaid periods the Company reserves the right to withhold delivery after written notice.

7. Disputes

You can send complaints to [email protected] or call 0850 557 10 04. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
