What we collect

How we protect it

• Traffic is encrypted with SSL (HTTPS).
• Forms are protected against forged and automated submissions.
• IP addresses are never stored in raw form, only as irreversible hashes.
• Only authorised staff access the admin panel with personal, role-based accounts; every action is logged.
• Our moving crews see only what they need: name, address and phone.
• Data whose retention period expires is deleted or anonymised automatically.

Privacy in your home

Our staff sign a confidentiality agreement and never take photos without permission. Before / after photos are published only with your written consent and without revealing your identity or address.

Third parties

We never sell or rent your data. We share it only with partners essential to the service (hosting, e-mail, accounting) under confidentiality obligations.
