Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This privacy notice is provided by zevo ("Zevo Nakliyat") as data controller under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform you about the processing of personal data you share with us through our website (https://web.zevo.dev/nakliyat/), phone, WhatsApp and e-mail.

2. Categories of personal data

• Identity: name and surname; company name for business requests.
• Contact: phone number, e-mail address.
• Address: service address, district and neighbourhood.
• Customer transaction: requested service, home size, inventory and volume, extras, moving and survey dates, quote, deposit and payment method (card details are never stored), moving notes, delivery report, reviews.
• Insurance: the declared value of goods if transit insurance is requested.
• Transaction security: an irreversible salted hash of your IP address, form time, browser type. Raw IP addresses are not stored.
• Marketing: only with your explicit consent — your preference for commercial messages, your cookie choice and, if allowed, site usage statistics.
• Job applications: experience, availability and CV details you share.

3. Purposes

• Calculating price ranges, scheduling surveys, preparing written quotes and obtaining your approval,
• Planning the move, assigning vehicles and crews, collecting and delivering your goods and keeping you informed,
• Arranging transit insurance and handling damage claims if requested,
• Answering requests and complaints, measuring satisfaction,
• Invoicing and fulfilling legal obligations,
• Ensuring information security and preventing abuse,
• Sending campaign messages if you have given explicit consent,
• Evaluating job applications.

4. Legal grounds and collection method

Data is collected through our website forms, phone, WhatsApp and e-mail, partly by automated means, and processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK: (c) conclusion or performance of a contract, (ç) compliance with a legal obligation, (e) establishment or protection of a right and (f) our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed. Commercial messages, optional cookies and usage statistics rely solely on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

5. Transfers

Personal data may be shared, limited to the above purposes, with our hosting provider, e-mail delivery provider, accounting advisers, the crew performing your move (name, address, phone only), the insurer and agency if insurance is arranged and authorised public authorities upon request, in line with Article 8 of the KVKK. Data is not transferred abroad as a rule; should a provider's servers be located abroad, the transfer is carried out under the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Retention

• Completed, declined and cancelled moving requests: for statutory periods, then anonymised.
• Contact messages: up to 12 months.
• Job applications and CVs: up to 6 months.
• Cookie consent records: 24 months.
• Site usage statistics: up to 13 months (afterwards only anonymous daily totals remain).

7. Your rights (Article 11)

You may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction, request that these be notified to recipients, object to results of solely automated analysis and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
