Data subject request (KVKK)
Submit your request to exercise your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698. It will be answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:
- Learn whether my personal data is processed
- Request information / a copy of my processed data
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Learn the third parties my data is transferred to
- Request correction of incomplete / inaccurate data
- Request deletion / destruction of my data
- Object to a result of automated analysis
- Claim compensation for damages
- Withdraw my consent to commercial messages
