Yol Arkadaşı — cycling route app

Challenge

A community-driven mobile app that suggests safe urban cycling routes. The existing experience was fragmented, slow and hard to learn.

Approach

We started with interviews and analytics, mapped the critical journeys and validated a new structure with clickable prototypes before writing production code.

Outcome

A calmer, faster product with a shared design language that the team can keep evolving.
