Defter — SME accounting dashboard

Challenge

We redesigned an accounting product used by tens of thousands of SMEs: new IA, design system and accessible components. The existing experience was fragmented, slow and hard to learn.

Approach

We started with interviews and analytics, mapped the critical journeys and validated a new structure with clickable prototypes before writing production code.

Outcome

A calmer, faster product with a shared design language that the team can keep evolving.
