Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform visitors of web.zevo.dev/kisisel and people who contact me.
1. Data controller

2. Data we process
- Identity and contact: name, e-mail address, phone number and company you enter in the contact form.
- Request content: topic, budget and message text.
- Security: date and time of submission, browser information and short-lived rate-limit records.
- Visit data: only if you consent to analytics cookies — pages viewed, visit duration, referring site, device, browser and language. Your IP address is not stored in analytics records.
- Cookie preferences: scope, date and version of your consent (as proof of consent).
3. Purposes
- To respond to your enquiries, job offers, collaboration and project requests,
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse,
- With your consent, to measure site usage and improve content,
- To receive and resolve your data protection requests,
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds
Data is collected electronically through forms and cookies on this site. Replying to your enquiry relies on KVKK Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f (legitimate interest); security on Art. 5/2-f; handling requests on Art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation); analytics and marketing cookies rely on your explicit consent (Art. 5/1), which you can withdraw at any time via .
5. Transfers
Your data is never sold. It is stored on the servers of the hosting and e-mail providers. If you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, data may be transferred abroad to the providers listed in the cookie policy (e.g. Google, Microsoft, Meta) under KVKK Art. 9.
6. Retention
- Contact messages: 24 months, then deleted automatically.
- Analytics records: about 14 months, then deleted automatically.
- Data protection requests and consent records: for as long as proof is required.
7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to automated decisions and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
