Renk Çarkı — accessible palette generator

Challenge

An open-source tool that generates design-system palettes while respecting WCAG contrast ratios. The existing experience was fragmented, slow and hard to learn.

Approach

We started with interviews and analytics, mapped the critical journeys and validated a new structure with clickable prototypes before writing production code.

Outcome

A calmer, faster product with a shared design language that the team can keep evolving.
