As zevo (the "Company"), acting as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we would like to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data is processed, to whom and why it may be transferred, how and on which legal grounds it is collected, and your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK.

2. Personal data we process
- Identity and contact: name, email address, phone number, company and job title.
- Request details: messages and attachments you send through our contact, quote and application forms.
- CV details: education, experience and CV file shared when applying for a job.
- Transaction security: submission time, browser information and an irreversible hash of your IP address.
- Marketing: your newsletter preference, only with your explicit consent.
3. Purposes
- Answering your requests, quotes and questions and conducting pre-contract negotiations,
- Evaluating job applications and running recruitment processes,
- Keeping the website secure and preventing misuse,
- Fulfilling legal obligations and requests from competent authorities,
- Sending campaigns, events and newsletters if you have given explicit consent.
4. Legal grounds and collection method
Your data is collected electronically through the forms on our website, by email and by phone. It is processed on the grounds of Article 5 of the KVKK — "necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract", "compliance with a legal obligation" and "legitimate interest" — and on the basis of "explicit consent" for newsletters and non-essential cookies.
5. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your data may be transferred to our hosting, email and IT service providers, our legal advisers and, upon request, to competent public authorities in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Services that involve transfers abroad (such as analytics tools with servers outside Türkiye) are only used with your explicit consent and according to your cookie preferences.
6. Retention
Form records are kept for the periods required by law and by the purpose of processing; when the period ends they are automatically deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction, deletion or destruction, request that third parties be notified, object to results arising from automated analysis and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
