Project details: services, budget, timeline and project descriptions you share in the quote form.
Career data: CV, portfolio and cover letter you send with a job application.
Security: truncated (anonymised) IP address, browser details and submission time.
Marketing: only with your explicit consent, your email address for the newsletter.

3. Purposes

To answer your quote and contact requests, to prepare and perform contracts, to evaluate job applications, to keep our services secure, to comply with legal obligations and — only with your consent — to send newsletters and campaign information.

4. Legal grounds and collection

Data is collected electronically through our website forms, email and phone. It is processed under Article 5/2 of KVKK (contract, legal obligation, establishment of rights and legitimate interest); marketing communications are based on your explicit consent (Article 5/1).

5. Transfers

Your data may be shared, limited to these purposes, with our hosting, email and accounting providers and with authorised public authorities in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.

6. Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose and statutory limitation periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Retention periods for website form records are enforced automatically.

7. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for correction or deletion, learn the third parties it was transferred to, object to automated decisions and claim compensation for damages.
